Position: Associate Scientist (Solar Energy Division)
Essential Qualifications:
ME/MTech in Renewable Energy Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical/MSc Physics with 3-4 years of experience in the field of solar energy in R&D Institute or R&D division of any reputable Industry on solar energy conversion technologies. Should be able to convert concepts to technologies and able to take implementation projects.
Desirable:
PhD in Solar Energy/Renewable Energy engineering with background in Physics/Mechanical/Electrical engineering .
Major Responsibilities: The major responsibilities include:
  ☛  Development of the Solar energy conversion technologies
  ☛  Guiding and supervising technical team in the division for various projects
  ☛  Working independently and with team on the funded R&D and consultancy projects
  ☛  Prepare good quality proposals for funding and develop research team in area of own
       research interests
Skills required
  ☛  Knowledge of writing the research proposals for funding agencies.
  ☛  Data analysis and interpretation capabilities.
  ☛  Good communication and networking skills.
  ☛  Publishing scientific research articles in high impact international journals.
Remuneration: Negotiable based on expertise and experience (4.0 - 6.0 Lakhs per annum)
